I used to have a home. I didn’t know that one day it would all disappear.

When I was about a year old, I was left behind by the only family I had ever known. I didn’t understand why. I spent my days wandering from house to house, trying to get inside wherever I could, hoping someone would let me stay. I was simply searching for the life I used to have.

Kind people looked after me as best they could, but they couldn’t keep me safe forever. Eventually, I ended up living in a nearby park, where volunteers left food for the street cats. For the next three years, that became my home.

Then one day, I disappeared. For months, nobody knew what had happened to me. But somehow, after everything, I was found again.

I’m still the same gentle, affectionate girl who loves being close to people. I’ll happily follow you from room to room and be your little shadow, because all I’ve ever wanted is a place where I belong.
